The app is designed to assist Gram Panchayats in digitizing their workflows by collecting citizen information through the Namuna8 form (SwayamMulyaMapan Form). All information available in the app is sourced from the respective Gram Panchayat’s records and does not represent government data or services.

  • The app requires users to log in with a username and password provided by DigitalGram. In addition, SwayamMulyamapan App collects information submitted by citizens through the Namuna8 form.

    What we collect:

    • Login credentials: Username and password provided by DigitalGram for authentication.
    • Namuna8 form (SwayamMulyaMapan Form) details: The information you submit through the Namuna8 form (SwayamMulyaMapan Form). This may include personal and administrative details necessary for Gram Panchayat records.
    • Downloaded files: Users may download reports, invoices, and documents; however, these remain on the user’s device and are not stored or accessed by us.

    What we do NOT collect:

    • We do not collect, store, or share any additional personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is provided in the Namuna8 form (SwayamMulyaMapan Form) and login process.
    • We do not access or track any background activity on users’ devices.

Users manage their own downloaded reports, and we do not have access to them. Any retention of Namuna8 form (SwayamMulyaMapan Form) data is in accordance with applicable administrative procedures and legal requirements.

  • By using SwayamMulyamapan App, you acknowledge that the information provided via the Namuna8 form (SwayamMulyaMapan Form), along with your login credentials, is collected, stored, and used solely for administrative purposes by your Gram Panchayat. You also acknowledge that downloaded reports remain on your device and are your responsibility.
